Live Mesh is a Dropbox alternative, but it needs Windows Vista or 7.

I also have good things about Wuala, but haven't used it so far.

In recent weeks I've started having a problem on my WinXP PC when trying to use Dropbox.

I have tried deleting the Dropbox program and installed the latest version, but I keep getting a pop-up window saying: "Couldn't enter Windows registry". When I click the "how do you fix this" link it says use Microsoft Fix-It, which I tried but not much appears to be happening.  So, as I use Dropbox for my VLF grabber uploads, does any kind person know what might be wrong and how I might fix it please?

Alternatively, what other "Dropbox like" options are there i.e. on-line data storage to which a file can be uploaded and regularly refreshed that can have a unique URL assigned to it that can be pointed to for people to look at the image?
