http://www.g4jnt.com/OperaBeacon.zip   contains teh latest PIC code to
support opera Ver 1.1.1  just released.

Main change is that there are now three speed settings selected by
links, for OP3 / 6 / 12 / 25 / 50 modes.
I've also left in OP2 for legacy testing and a couple of high speed
test modes to complete the set of 8 possible link settings

So with 8 duty cycles there are now six links insteadof the previous 5

The .PDF description and circuit have yet to be updated, so for now
see the .ASM file for the new link settings
