LF: Dutch hams received official approval to go on 600m 1/1-2012

As from 31/1-2011 2300hrs UTC,  Dutch hams with F will resume their 
transmissions on 600m.
Just today (30/12)  it has been published in the Government Newspaper 
(Staatscourant) which makes it official.

Max PEP power  100W final stage   :-(         The  former 5W erp was a 
better one for small antenna's.
Only A1A, F1A, G1A, J2A; contests not allowed.
Freq: 501-505kHz

Also 70 MHz has been released at the same time 70-70,5 MHz.
