I am not aware of any grabber running at that speed. On slow grabbers all
you would get is a blip and no ID or idea of strength.

I have not seen other reports but I believe that the signal
was visible on several UK/EU grabbers.
Unfortunately at the late hour Bob is on most ops in UK/EU are sleeping.
