Yes, in that QTH the mobile Internet, unfortunately, is still inaccessible 
(connection or isn't established, or very slow). Yes, I plan TX in TA-window, 
possibly, on November, 1st and 5. Some time ago I had 2-way QRSS-LF-QSO with 
RN3AGC, RA3YO and EW6GB. Also I hope be QRV for XBand QSO (my tx freq =7033 kHz 
+-QRM CW).
