ROS2 decodes of Gary's 4W, starting in daylight, and when not audible or
visible, I decoded (as far as I know) every tranmission, except one that had
"Bad CRC" at 21:21.

After dark the signal peaked up to being audible and the S/N up to -6dB at
times, but much more variable, of course.

In daylight we could (assuming recprocity) have passed information on 500kHz
using powers well, well below those needed for similar message-handling
performance on CW - after all, "if you can't hear 'em you can't work 'em". Looks
like that aphorism is out of date now!
