Hi Stefan, LF group,
attached, there is another successful reception of ur signal at 136.172 khz using my ferrite rod antenna. It seems that today evening you decided to slow down things by a factor of 1.5 so instead of qrss60 i saw
DK7FC letters being tx'ed in qrss90.

Taking into account the fact that the receiving conditions are far from being optimal ( indoor, possibly some plasma tv sets in adjacent apartments and likely other qrm sources) the ferrite rod antenna, indeed, may be a good choice for field, /p receiving purposes. Also, due to its directional nature such a rod could be used as an auxiliary antenna in a noise canceller setup btw, the ferrite rod along with veeery ugly construction of preamp can be seen here:

i am still thinking of building some sort of support stand etc...
