The "5" is surely Ossi OE5ODL, the lower "C" was me ;-)
I saw that RA9CUAs frequency offset on his LF grabber is 136 kHz (he
sent me his USR file) so i think that he tries to receive signals near
136.172 kHz at 172 Hz AF. But if he uses a SSB filter, 172 Hz may be
below the cutoff frequency. Thus i tried to TX shortly in the TA sector
which should then come out at 1777 Hz. Other ham generated signals
appeared on his TA window but my C was missed. Maybe propagation was
bad to that time or he has local QRM or my signal is to weak...
