Hi Chris,

Just like last year. They all were QRT for some weeks, probably for maintenance purposes or to save the energy, HI.
The Alphas are OFF too, since yesterday.
I'm using a cheap GPS module (http://cgi.ebay.de/Jupiter-Rockwell-TU30-D420-031-GPS-Empfanger-/180713452906?pt=DE_GPS_Navigationssysteme&hash=item2a135c756a) which has a 10 kHz locked Ref frequency output. It runs 24/7 without problems for longer than a year now...

VLF,

GQD has been off since yesterday morning around 8 GMT. I've been using it as a reference to lock my (V)LF grabbers to as I'm sure many others do. Have switched now to DHO38 despite it's morning break period. Looks like a local generated reference signal from a GPS receiver is mandatory for 24h operation and will be implemented in my next receiver.

Anybody has more info about possible maintenance schedule for GQD?
