BOj is a strong signal, but I am not trying to decode it. If he was back on QRS the signal is suitable for a QSO. It seems your antenna needs a Tweak. You need to QRO to be been seen/heard surely you know this!!
I am QRV most days for CW communications but not Appliance Operator modes
