this is probably TBA, a Turkish RTTY station, which is occasionally operating on 139.0 kHz (right between DCF's mark and space). It has been visible here several times in the past.

This looks like a MSK signal to me, like i had at 136.6 kHz (153 kHz - 16.4 kHz). Your IF is 128 kHz if i remember correctly so the signal appears at 11 kHz. Hm, others may find the dependency... 
This kind of signal was not visible before some weeks so maybe the input stage (1st FET) was a bit damaged by a strong local thunderstorm (charged raindrops)? I had the same problem on LF before some time :-( Now i am using a band filter stage in front the first FET so the gate is grounded, DC wise.
