Thanks for the possible identification. I should have checked the other grabbers. It is obviously an amateur signal and not random noise. Strange it just came on for one transmissions and nothing further and without  announcements on this reflector.

The only LCE QRV on 136 kHz is PA0LCE, in JO21NJ, using his new antenne system.
