afair and according to older literature i've got here the power of a mf ship transmitter had to be measured at 2.2 ohms / 500 pf and  additionally the tx should have been tuneable at 6 ohms / 500 pf. Usually the ranges have been much wider by changing internal elements (coil taps or condensers) or additional external elements ( e.g. "Notantennenspule" - "reserve antenna coil").

Question: in what impedance range can the built in Tuner match antennas ? 
I assume, that the range is similar to HAGENUK  MS 400, --- abt 3 Ohms ?
