Check your sampling rate on the machine that's failing. Although most modern soundcards are based around 48kHz older ones are 44.1kHz based, and give errors when interpolating to 12kHz based rates. Alternatively teh Windows driver that does teh work can'r cope

This is a very solid signal on the 80m square single turn vertical wire loop antenna. Andrew is using 44W to an earth electrode antenna.
