Marcus I have attached a screenshot copy of this mystery signal. It has appeared now on two consecutive nights at precisely the same frequency and almost the same time. I have no idea if this is a natural or manmade signal. For a natural signal it shows remarkably the same characteristics for two nights running. The signal starts around 2100z with a slowly rising frequency for about 4 hours moving from 8.970095 to 8.97010kHz then dropping back in frequency within about 30 minutes. Odd. Has anyone been transmitting around 8.97010kHz for the last 2 nights please? Can anyone explain what this might be please? 73s Roger On 8 March 2011 10:45, Markus Vester <[email protected]> wrote: Roger, there seemed to be some activity near 8970.1Hz on your grabber - would you think that was a real signal? -- g3xbm-qrp.blogspot.com/ www.g3xbm.co.uk www.youtube.com/user/g3xbm G3XBM GQRP 1678 ISWL G11088
