Yes, it's only 40W TX power. About 13.8V*4.5A shows the power supply. It is for the PA, the VFO and the PA driver... Since it is a 12V class E PA, the efficiency is about 80...85% (using a single IRF540N). Here is a photo of the temporary loading coil: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/19882028/DSC03728.JPG

It is now more than a year ago that we tried a QSO but now we are successful without a sked and in the first attempt although we already have March :-)
Your locator is KO86NP? Then QRB would be 2045 km.
