...isn't is totally impressive, almost unbelivable, what happens in the
last months? Before one year, we discussed about if it's possible to
radiate a signal on VLF / Dreamers band, and if it's possible to detect
it in 100 or 200 km. Now, one year later, a LF/VLF DFCW-3 (!) QSO was
done on 179 km (5.4 Lambda). Signals were detected up to 2873 km in
DFCW-600 so far and there seems to be quiete more space for some
distance. It's a question of the availability of RX stations with a
sensitive receiver in a quiet location. Many new countries joined the
group (like 4X and TF) and (will) add some activity on 137 kHz as well.
There seems to be much space for real QSOs on LF/VLF in DFCW-3 or 10.
I'm quiete sure that this year will show many further effects and
chances for hams operating on VLF, either by receiving or transmitting!
