yes first I had a look at Stefan's grabber and at Renato's grabber for confirmation. Cumiana it is probably not working at present. About the signal I'm seeing here, I'm convinced that it must be local.

Daniele, not visible here in Germany as far as I can see. 
 
Renato's spectrogram from Cumiana looks dark at the moment.

I'm seeing this nicely stable signal at about 8969.87 Hz with 2.9mHz FFT.
It appears during pauses of local noise. Is it local too?
