No I was unable to copy in QRSS3 Mal. Although I could just make out that the traces were there either side of 8.970 when keying his "73 VA" at the end, it was far too weak to read.

In the end I managed to sort out my problems here (rebuilt the preamp lunchtime and fixed the intermittent loop connection) and got copy from Stephan on 8.970kHz for his last 30 mins before he dropped his carrier. Signals were a little stronger than in December, but nothing like as good as I was hoping. SpecLab was set to 4.52mHz bandwidth and S/N was around 5dB.
