Im not sure
if it means anything but my local TV station showed a picture of a giant Sunspot
taken with a telescope last night ! Real Big!
Great for the
10 meter DXers but dont know if its good for the VLF bunch.

Alpha's 1 and 2 and probably 3 appear to be off
from about 2145 utc 16th Feb - well as seen from here in AK
My
VLF noise mitigation continues, as does wind strewn wires in Birch trees that
dont want to be....very therapeutic
HF was a bit livelier today
but appears doom and gloom on LF/MF
