Hi Daniele,Yes, it was speculated that the transmitter actually uses a tethered balloon (but the antenna bearing was too far off): 30°58'18.75"N, 35° 4'27.04"E(Which brings us back to portable VLF operation: "Where can I buy one of these ? How much ?" ;-) Quite likely, this 'blimp' is just for obvervation, not an antenna carrier. 73, Wolf . |
