Will look for your signal starting 2300Z on 136316 kHz. QRSS10 may be a bit optimistic given current
poor conditions ... suggest being prepared to switch to QRSS30. I'll call on 7011 kHz if/when your
'TA' is received. If full duplex capable listen for QRQ instructions if conditions permit. Standard
EME QSO format works for me.
I can also TX on 137.790 but believe that QSO quality reception at your location would be a long
shot.
