Thanks Dmitry, Mal, Albert, Edgar for the info and test signals!

Unfortunately i haven't received anything. I've forgotten to take an adapter for banana plug to BNC up on the hill. So i had to put the cables to the BNC jack by hand. Thus i've just been receiving some minutes. Maybe there was no signal during that time... I'll try it again soon.

After the sun was gone i estimate it was -10 °C but the nature was amazing :-)

LF,

Finaly i've built my new /p LF RX. It using the SBL-3 as the mixer and takes just 60 mA at 12VDC. As one of the first tests in a quiet location i want to try it now on the earth antenna in the forest.

Could someone transmit something at 137.7 or 136.177 or 137.777 kHz? I'll be there receiving at 16:00 to 17:00 UTC. It would be interesting to see the SNR that can be achieved. I'm watching AND listening!

Since i will drive on the hill with my bike, i don't take a transmitter with me, so i cannot answer...

Thanks in advance.
