The original WOLF program appears to be no longer available at the
location given by Gerhard:

In any case, I do not suggest using that old command-line program, as a
much better version is available from DL4YHF:
http://www.qsl.net/dl4yhf/wolf/index.html
This version is much easier to use. But success with very weak signals
depends on receiver calibration and stability, and on determining the
actual sampling rate of the computer sound card.
