Hello Stefan. 
I'm from Italy (JN66) and I received that signal yesterday afternoon with my 
Perseus and pa0rdt mini whip as aerial. 
I was synthonized on VLF looking for Alpha stations but I wasn't sure it was a 
real alpha signal. 
If you confirm, I'm very happy !!!
