Hi Dave,

Just checked the WSPR window and it has scrolled way past these times so I cannot check. Thanks for looking.

Roger, were you transmitting at 2218 and 2224? Faint trace seen at those times, but no decode.

Thanks Chris G3XIZ for confirming my 10-20uW ERP WSPR signal is getting 46km tonight with several spots. So far, no success with anyone else, but I live in hope.

The answer has to be to increase the ERP by at least 10dB - as I have been saying for far too long now - so maybe I'll get on with this in the next couple of weeks. I can only see another 3dB with improvements to the loop antenna, so the rest would have to come by TX power increase or going for a Marconi.

In the meantime, I'll leave the WSPR beacon on for a couple more hours in the hope that a few more people in the 0-100km range may have some luck. The better spots from Chris suggest this range is achievable. If you can copy me it will be a sign of an effective LF receiving set-up!
