Yes Stefan, NWC 19.8 kHz is precise, I think it's
200 bps (could be 100 though).
Not sure about the Indian one.

Does someone know if the VLF transmitters VTX3
(19.3 kHz) and/or NWC
(19.8 kHz) are locked to an atomic standard and can be
used as a
reference for SpecLab? What would be the settings within the
sample rate
detector (bitrate and so)?
