Dear VLF,
I just found an article about VLF propagation in the web: http://rp.iszf.irk.ru/hawk/URSI2005/pdf/GP1.36(0709).pdf 
Maybe its no important or has been published here before.
But i have had the idea to contact this university in India and asked if they would be interested in a common "project" on VLF. I sent them a few links about the recent work by amateurs... Maybe it will be interesting what comes out of this query ;-)
