Take a look 30Hz higher as well.
Just checked V & I and it looks to be 6 Watts into 100 ohms loss R.
Antenna is 7m tall with a large top hat, so say Rrad = 0.01 ohms.
So something like 40dB loss with about 0.6mW radiated.
Allow a few dB directivity, call it 0dBm ERP.
