NF on 9 Kcs - No antenna -70 dB, resonant antenna connected -50 dB therefore. Tuning from 0 - 20 Kcs shows a pronounced peak around 9 Kcs.
ie 20 dB of antenna gain, there is no environmental electrical noise, mains, computer etc, nice clear display.
Resonant antenna as described recently.
Ready to RX anyone emitting a signal on 8.97 Kcs, but you need plenty of RF at this frequency, QRP OUT
