Dear LF,
Stefan said that the chances of transmitting
today from Bar-le-Duc are virtually zero. However he is able to receive,
and there is considerable interest in LF amongst the visitors. They would
very much appreciate to see some LIVE activity on the band, especially in slow
modes (eg. QRSS-3 around 137.7). So if you can spend some
time this afternoon, please try to get a signal on the
air!

talked to Stefan about an hour ago (9 UT). He
said he is having difficulty to lift his kite because the wind is weak, and
coming from an unfavourable direction. But he is already QRV on receive,
so I had sent the test signal for him from here.
