To test it out, I've just put a low power WSPR beacon on air. RF Power into the antenna is about 8 Watts (from a 12V audio amplifier module) so ERP is in the 1mW region. Frequency 137530Hz - ie 30Hz above Roger's Duty cycle 33%, and the transmission PN sequence repeats hourly.
The callsign is not this one either :-)
