Stefan:
All EU LF BCD reception was in rural site, not in my regular QTH, (urban
zone in Neuquen city: FF51xb)
I have audio records of Europe AM Broadcast
You can download audio record in WAV and MP3 in this site:
www.qsl.net/lu8yd/LW
There are not any LF broadcast in South America, all broadcast here
in MW
530-1710 KHz. Below 530 KHz only NDB aero beacon. Not time signals.
LU1DOW confirm my error in ARGO last night : +0.2 Hz, I confirm this
value
receiving weak signal 153.000 Europe Broadcast 1 hour ago.
LU1DOW Oscar generate his LF signal with IC-756 at 13.777 Mhz diving for
100.
Oscar waits 2 hours for temperature stabilization before TX on.
Now Argo is calibrated in QRSS120 also with the correct offset, I use
R-75
always in USB 137.000.
My station grabber is active only on request because I am NDB hunter
and I
have only one Receiver and Inverted L antenna, now I am making 1.3 m
x 1.3 m
square loop antenna for 137 Khz and I am waiting MFJ-1026 noise
cancelling
from USA for better reception.
Now my grabber is uploading capture for all station interested in DX
capture from Argentina.( centered 137.777 QRSS120) (QTH FF51xb)

Asunto: Re: LF: Fw: Sucessful LF 137 KHz test in Argentina.
Alex,
Your QTH and RX sounds interesting! It is a real benefit not to have
mains hum near the RX!
You said you can receive EU LF BCD stations: Please, what S/N is DLF
(Deutschlandfunk) at 153 kHz (AM) and what S/N is DCF39 at 138.83
kHz? This could become an interesting information since those
stations are located near the amateur radio LF band.
If you have SpecLab as an alternative you could monitor the levels of
those two stations over 24 hours and can show us the dayly dependency
of S/N.
Are there any LF BCD stations in Argentinia, as close as possible to
137 kHz?
I hope you will receive my signal this saturday night! :-)
Best 73, Stefan/DK7FC
