Stefan just called and said that he was able to briefly push some current 
into the wire. With the kite at a somewhat low angle, resonance was near 5.7 
kHz, much lower than originally expected. He wants to check variometer 
tuning ranges and, if possible, get into his own grabber window above 6.30 
kHz.

At 11:20, the kite was down again. He will keep trying as we hope that the 
wind will pick up again later during the afternoon. However with bad weather 
approaching over France, he may have to pull in earlier.

I asked Stefan about possible 6500 dashes. He said he has not transmitted
yet, and is still struggling to get on air.
