Jim,

Spotted your 500kHz WSPR signal at 2018 at -23dB S/N using my earth electrode antenna, but nothing seen from you here on 137.7kHz QRSS, but then I'm using the earth electrode antenna this end too on that band.

As mentioned earlier, in the coming months I hope to build something simple, but credible, for 136kHz just to find out what is possible from my tiny back garden with a relatively simple set-up, much as I did on 500kHz. Expect some QRSS and WSPR on 136/137kHz in the autumn/winter.

Turning off 500kHz now for this evening.

Hi Roger

I don’t have copy on you here but I am currently plagued with S9 noise so all is blocked bar XIZ when he is on.

As an aside I’m also running VLF cont carrier on 8.97khz.  I know its highly unlikely that you will Rx it but I thought I’d let you know.  I’m also running QRSS3 on 137.7

A veritable VLF-MF fest tonight at G7NKS!

Well done on 800 hz, that’s uber hard core!!

With best regards

Currently QRPp TX/RXing on 500kHz WSPR with the 20m spaced earth electrode antenna. So far only M0BMU (69km) has copied me this evening. Reports from others would be appreciated. I plan to try something new tomorrow and would like to compare before/after.
