It is interesting news from the South America!

But thus there are some problems in European Russia: 
- on freq 135.680-135.795 Greek SXV (75Hz baud FSK) is very strong
- on freq 135.430 Hungarian HGF36 is very strong (same as DCF39 on 138.8305)
- sunrise in my QTH is abt 0140 UTC now
- QRN now in Eu RU is very high

The request to move a beacon above on freq - I believe that is better around 
137.75-137.8

QRB Eu RU - LU is abt 13000 km - I believe that is better in QRSS/DFCW60 or 120
