It has been done, not from a Jumbo but other varieties during the 1950 era with the T1154/R1155, also /M from a vehicle using a 52 TX on CW and R107 RX.
not to mention various 1509 and swb8 transmitters tuned to the amateur bands, very effective and the mode was invariably CW
There is nothing new, it has all been done before.
