Good morning,
Stefan, DK7FC is transmitting now on 9KHz. You could see it on his grabber

I had a short chat with him a couple of minutes ago and he is doing some qrp 
tests, so no need to switch on your RX in the moment.
I'm sure a more details summary from him will follwo today or tomorrow.
