Hi AllI got my 2200m transmit antenna and transmitter back online and will be beaconing overnight (weather depending). 0300-1300UTC, QRSS120, 400W, 137778.0Hz (GPS disciplined)I would very much appreciate reports from anyone within western north America so I can get a handle on how well or not the new antenna is working. As a reference, my much smaller antenna used within the city of Vancouver could lob a signal to Minnesota (2200km) and on those rare ones be seen at W3EEE's old QTH in PA (~4000Km). My grabber will still run during this time so you can check the status of the beacon in 'real-time'. 73 ES TU Scott VE7TIL http://www3.telus.net/sthed/argo/ |
