Hi Group

What am I seeing and hearing on 4.38kc/s it is a regular pulse about 1 second long very strong slightly more that an Alpha station at this location IO91UX. These are sporadic and come in groups with at times what appears to be an answering call about 10c/s lower.

Any ideas?
