How right you are Warren. A 1 Watt DC input into a 15 meter antenna
would be beyond a long shot, even in a wild dream. But for any chance
at all for, say a coastal station to skip a WSPR signal across the
Atlantic; The guys on the other side need the quietest possible
frequency to listen on. So if you guys in EU / UK were to listen on
USB, with a 2.4 KHz filter, what would be the quietest frequency to
listen on between 160 - 190 KHz, or is there one ?? LW BCB !!!
Just trying to see where Part-15 operators could run WSPR with the
greatest possibilities.
