I've made some minor tweaks to tthe WSPR transmission on the beacon signal:

1)   Frequency moved up to 503875.0Hz after a request from DK land to
avoid QRM over there.  Sri, forgotton who asked for the QSY!

2)   Power increased by 6dB to maximum it can put out.  The value in
the WSPR message of 23dBm hasn't changed, but is now nearer the truth
of what it actually is.  (First few transmissions had an error and
showed 3dBm, corrected now).

3)   Duty cycle lowered to seven slots each hour - approx 23%   To
compensate for the power increase and my leccy bill :-(
