Yes I can see the backwave clearly here abt 5db above the noise the carrier is dead on 17.2 now with very little pulling.  FB signal up also but drops with CW keying. Really loud now!!!! about 23 dB over my noise floor.

Yes. My QTH is only 80km from SAQ so I can easily hear the "backwave"
signal which is about 17dB below key-down power. As a few kilowatts are
leaking out when the TX is idling, I am able to hear when they adjust
the r.p.m. even with key up!

Click on zoom[10] to find the transmitter building and then zoom out and
pan to look at the whole station. The logperiodic antenna just above the
north corner of the TX building is made by Rohde & Schwarz, I believe.
The FM/TV station of Varberg is located near tower #3 (counting from the
TX building).
