Hi All,
Re: Test DDH47 147.3 QRSS3.
This has now got VERY confusing. Is the transmission one hour UTC
either side of midnight 9th into 10th, or one hour UTC either side of
midnight 10th into 11th December?
Incidentally, my first message along these lines got a failure notice,
it said "This message scored 4.5 spam points - rejected". No comment
necessary!
