Well looking at DCF39 its S5 at 1338Z with my Eprobe on the wrong side of the apartment block screened mostly to the West - so Im guessing things are pretty reasonable long haul East West.

Ive taken the antennae down off the apartment roof but couldn?t resist shoving the eprobe off the balcony on the fishing pole as a temp solution - the Loran lines are pretty bright.
