there is also another very nice piece of software dedicated entirely to  Hell modes . it is Nino's IZ8BLY
prgram which can be found on his webpage:
http://xoomer.virgilio.it/aporcino/Hell/index.htm
it does handle the ptt isuue in a 'classic' way i.e. via available com ports
