I also got false decode last night that looked genuine but searches revealed nothing.

JJ11 also in the water but off the west coast of Africa, perhaps the pirate has a fast boat :-))

the call OR2ELN does not exist
if it is a pirate he is floating in the Indian Ocean somewhe half way between Madagascar and Heard Island.
