Tnx Mal. The reason for the weaker signal is simple: I moved to another QTH five years ago. Here I have not the possibilities I had before. No Helix Vertical with a big top hat, just a modest L-Antenna, 12m high with a total wire lenght of about 50m. Already on 160m it is not a "big gun", hi.

Probably my antenna is to small. It seems to me, that my limit is around
800-900km on Longwave. Power is 1kW and I can't get much higher. But one
day, we may get the permission for 500kHz and there it should be much
easier, even in normal CW.
