after many unsuccessful attempts to get your wspr signal positively decoded 
today  i had more luck  .. here we go:
2252 -28  0.1   0.503855  0 G4JNT IO90 23
2300 -28  0.2   0.503854  0 G4JNT IO90 23
the rx side is a modest one: 1sq.meter loop /two stage buffer/amplif/ ft857d
