Hello Roger,
for my knowledge there is no station frequently
transmitting WSPR on 137KHz.
There was some activity in January this year by DF6NM,
M0BMU, F5WK, DF0WD, ... on dial frequency +/- 136.600KHz.
All activity was announced before via this
reflector.
